Constance Dixon
Author
Constance Octavia was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, the birthplace of her favorite children’s books author, Dr. Suess, and she grew up in the Fairfields of South Carolina. As a bi-racial child, she was exposed to diversity and change early in life. She strives to creatively incorporate this theme into her writings, showing how in our differences we are all the same, bound by a sense of togetherness, emerging from that common place of love. Karlisha Gibson
Co-Author
Sosha is the older sassy mature character in "How Ladoneya Caught A Fly". Her dynamic personality was inspired from co-author Karlisha Gibson-Brown. Karlisha enjoys dance and photography. Co writing this book was a delight and she looks forward to exploring her many talents. Karlisha is currently a highschool student and encourages children of all ages to pursue their goals, talents, and dreams now.
Karmon Gibson

Ladoneya’s vibrant heart and energetic smile was inspired from co-author Karmon Gibson. Karmon enjoys life and looks at it through the lens of an innocent glass. She loves being out doors and setting out on new adventures. Her imagination is fresh and budding into explorations unknown.
Travis Dixon
Travis has 15+ years of sales and marketing experience - focused on product management and development, market segmentation, and customer retention working for a Fortune 100 company. As a Senior Marketing manager, Travis has worked in a variety of roles and responsibilities, but his true service is giving back to the community through mentorship.Travis mentors several young men and women in Atlanta, and his role in Ladoneya books is helping to encourage kids through self-worth and literacy.
Karlos The Artist
Karlos the Artist has a natural talent and love for art.
Karlos enjoys creating illustrations for books and more. He also has a love for portraits. Karlos's contibution to the project includes the frogs and AJ the spider.
